Coimbra, a riverside city in central Portugal and the country's former capital, is home to a preserved medieval old town and the historic University of Coimbra.

Built on the site of an ancient palace, the University is famous for its Baroque library, the Joanina Library, and its 18th-century bell tower. In the old town is the 12th-century Romanesque cathedral, Sé Velha.

Meeting Point

All bicycle tours start at our store at Rua dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra, 81 next to the MOCINHA Concept Store in Aveiro. You will see our bikes and advertising lined up in front of our "Galeria da Rua Direita". We are in the historic center of Aveiro, in a pedestrian street 10 minutes walk from the train station.
